1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all events, home games, activities, ticket sales, admissions and services offered by Helvetic Mercenaries GmbH, its affiliated organizations and partners, in particular in connection with the Gladiators Basel Game Days at Stadion Rankhof.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, pass or admission entitlement, or by entering the stadium grounds, visitors accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Contracting party
2.1 The contracting party for all tickets, admissions, games and related services is Helvetic Mercenaries GmbH, c/o Gladiators Basel, Viale Bartolomeo Papio 3, 6612 Ascona, Switzerland.
2.2 All contractual relationships arise between the ticket purchaser and Helvetic Mercenaries GmbH as the event organizer.
3. Admission, tickets and access
3.1 Admission to Stadion Rankhof is only granted with a valid ticket, QR code or access document.
3.2 Tickets entitle the holder to attend only the specific event, game or activity stated on the ticket.
3.3 Event or stadium staff may refuse admission or revoke previously granted admission if visitors fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or behave dangerously, without any entitlement to a refund.
3.4 Admission may be subject to age restrictions, security checks or the presentation of a valid ID document.
4. Security and house rules
4.1 The organizer and its commissioned security staff exercise unrestricted domiciliary rights across the entire stadium grounds, entrances, stands, hospitality areas, VIP lounges and all other areas.
4.2 Instructions given by staff and security services must be followed at all times.
4.3 Bringing glass containers, weapons, pyrotechnic items, drugs, dangerous objects or similar items is prohibited. Violations may result in admission being refused.
4.4 The organizers reserve the right to impose access restrictions or carry out evacuations in cases of force majeure, imminent danger or for security reasons, without this giving rise to any refund claim.
5. Conduct on the grounds
5.1 Visitors must behave in a way that does not harm, obstruct or endanger other persons.
5.2 Areas for which no admission entitlement exists (e.g. the playing field, team areas, technical zones, backstage) must not be entered. Violations may lead to immediate exclusion.
6. Photo, audio and video recordings
6.1 By entering the stadium grounds, every person agrees that photo, video and audio recordings may be created and published by the organizer, media partners or officials.
6.2 Commercial use without the express permission of Helvetic Mercenaries GmbH is not permitted.
7. Refunds and ticket conditions
7.1 The organizer reserves the right to postpone, restructure or cancel events. Refunds are only possible in cases prescribed by law.
7.2 Weather or other external influences generally do not entitle visitors to a refund.
7.3 Ticket exchanges or returns are only possible with the express consent of the organizer.
8. Liability
8.1 Helvetic Mercenaries GmbH accepts no liability for damage or loss caused by third parties, force majeure, personal property or conduct.
8.2 Visitors are responsible for their own personal property.
9. Final provisions
9.1 Amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
9.2 Swiss law applies.
9.3 The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, in Switzerland.
